By replacing analog lists and manual processes, schools have gained an efficient and flexible solution for handling payments.
The city of Mölndal was faced with a challenge where schools were still using analog lists and emails to handle payments. Personal information was written on the wall with social security numbers and documented manually by employees, which created inefficiency and time-consuming processes. The city of Mölndal also requested easier statistical follow-up for paying guests. To solve these problems, the city of Mölndal chose to collaborate with Microdeb and introduce the ordering app Microdeb Me together with the digital cash register Microdeb Biz Lt.
