With expertise in scaling organisations, optimising operations, and delivering cutting-edge software solutions, Rob is committed to fostering innovation and business agility. His leadership ensures the continuous evolution of market-leading technology that meets the demands of a dynamic industry.

Johan has worked in the software industry since the early 2000s, holding key leadership roles in development, support, and project management. He specialises in customer-centric operations, ensuring seamless execution across teams and processes.

As Head of Professional Services, he leads a team responsible for onboarding new clients, overseeing strategic projects, and ensuring customers maximise the value of Microdeb’s solutions. His leadership drives efficiency and customer success across all engagements.

Microdeb was originally founded under the name Atronic

Microdeb was founded under the name Atronic, focusing on POS solutions for restaurants. The company laid the groundwork for digitalising payment processes in the hospitality sector.
