Chalmers Konferens & Restauranger has saved hundreds of thousands of kronor annually by switching from card and cash payments and introducing Microdeb Me reloadable cards with payment via Swish.
Chalmers Konferens & Restauranger had a number of needs and challenges that they wanted to solve by introducing Microdeb Me and Swish as payment options. One of the main problems was handling cash payments and they wanted a smoother solution for loading the pre-loaded lunch restaurant cards. By switching to digital payments and implementing Microdeb Me and Swish, they have not only saved hundreds of thousands of kronor annually, but also created a completely cashless system. This has led to an explosion in the number of transactions, and they now have over 800,000 transactions per year, which is a significant increase. In addition, they have been able to benefit from the advantages of Swish, such as lower transaction costs and a more secure payment method for both them and their guests. By offering different payment options, including reloadable cards, they have increased flexibility and convenience for their guests while reducing the handling of cash and thereby improving cash flow.
